He has held senior management positions at various large financial institutions, including DBS Asia Capital, Macquarie China Financial Institutions Group, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Dr Tse is adept at leading high-stakes projects and has successfully overseen more than 150 capital market transactions, including numerous landmark IPO projects and the restructuring of major corporations. Before entering the financial industry, Dr Tse worked as a solicitor at Linklaters LLP, an assistant professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a visiting lecturer at the University of London. He holds a DBA from UCAM, Master’s degrees from top universities such as the UoL and HKU, and is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales.
