Samuel Grondin is a junior associate at Nelson Champagne, a business boutique located in the heart of Montreal’s central business district, at the historic Windsor Station. The firm specializes in corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganization, tax planning, as well as civil, commercial, and insurance litigation. Samuel practises primarily in the field of civil and commercial litigation, where his focus is on protecting and advancing the commercial interests of his clients, whether before the Courts or within the context of arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution methods.
