Andrea is a Senior Associate in the Rome office who assists private sector clients in dispute resolution and corporate matters.

Andrea advises companies on commercial and corporate law issues, including extraordinary transactions and preliminary due diligence activities. He helps clients operating mainly in construction and engineering with the drafting and negotiation of different types of agreements, in both domestic and crossborder transactions. He also advises on issues related to real estate law.

Andrea has a significant experience in litigation, especially on contractual, procurement and commercial issues. He has vast experience in civil procedings, including summary, precautionary and enforcement procedures. He also advises clients on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters.
