Enda Hurley is the head of Litigation at A&L Goodbody which encompasses a number of specialist practice groups.
The team comprises of 22 Partners and 77 team members who have led the way in commercial disputes and large
scale corporate investigations over recent years.
Enda practices within the Disputes & Investigations Group, which he co-heads with Dario Dagostino. Enda’s personal practice involves advising Irish and international clients on a broad range of commercial disputes. In recent years, Enda has acted for clients on some of the most high-profile and complex cases in the Irish Courts, as well as in statutory tribunals including the Tax Appeals Commission. Enda is recognized for the breadth and depth of his expertise across a range of areas, such as securities and corporate law, financial services, tax and real estate law.
