Tigran Ter-Martirosyan is a director in the Singapore office of Accuracy and has over 15 years of professional experience, focusing on the valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets and quantum of damages, as well as on accounting issues in international arbitration and litigation. Tigran has valued assets across the world, including in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, CIS and North and South America.
Tigran has been appointed as a valuation and damages expert witness and adviser, including by arbitral tribunals, and has been involved in arbitration matters under SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SAC (former SCAI), SCC and UNCITRAL rules, and in litigation matters in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, Australia, Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Isle of Man. He has provided expert testimony both in writing and orally before courts and arbitral tribunals.
His experience spans shareholder and joint venture disputes, private equity and post-M&A (including earn-out) disputes, claims arising out of infringements of intellectual property, loss of opportunity claims, accounting disputes, business interruption matters and investor-state arbitration.
In addition to expert witness appointments, Tigran has performed valuations for the purposes of mediation, expert determination, M&A, financial reporting, restructuring, fairness opinions, management incentive schemes and tax.
