Zoltán Faludi is the Managing Partner of Wolf Theiss’ Budapest office and heads the local Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Zoltán is one of Hungary’s Top 10 arbitrators with over 25 years of experience as an attorney with expertise in litigation, dispute resolution as well as in domestic and international commercial arbitration, both as an arbitrator and as a counsel. He has experience in conducting out of court settlement discussions, facilitating and moderating negotiations between parties upon joint appointment and mandate by the disputing parties. His robust energy industry knowledge adds expert value to the professional handling of litigation cases. He is an active arbitrator at the Arbitration Court associated with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is also renowned in domestic arbitration circles. Zoltán is regularly invited to speak at various local and international events, focusing on market related questions.
